A cruise ship was at the dock, and a group of tourists were enjoying the developed part of the park (Maya Lin's story circles and the interpretive center), but only a couple other people were walking on the trail today, which is typical. It's a rather un-lovely trail, but you can find beauty if you look for it!

There's not really a ton to say here but I wanted to submit a trip report since there are none and we did walk here in October.   The parking lot is very large and paved.
