Camped at a dispersed site off of the Kendall Skyline road and decided to explore this trail during the day. Only did about 2 miles out and back to an incredible viewpoint for a scenic lunch.

Beuatiful views but starting from . 75 miles in, there were trees down everywhere the trail passes through forest.

Came out to Godman with the plan of hitting West Butte Creek to East Butte Creek and making a 17 mile loop. First few miles were very nice, some areas where the tread got slippery but nothing too bad.
