Tanner Landing Park
Snoqualmie RegionBest Apr–Oct
A flat riverside stroll with big mountain views, wildflower meadows, and easy connections to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail.
About This Trail
Tanner Landing Park sits along the Middle Fork Snoqualmie River just outside North Bend, offering a level mile of walking through open meadow and along the riverbank. The views here punch above the trail's weight: Mount Si, Little Si, and the Rattlesnake Ridge area all frame the horizon, and in late spring the meadow fills with wildflowers. It is a genuinely pleasant spot that most people drive past on their way to the bigger trailheads up the road.
The park connects to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail, so you can extend your outing along the paved multi-use path if you want more distance without more difficulty. A single restroom near the parking area rounds out the facilities. Dogs are welcome on leash, and the flat terrain works for strollers or anyone who wants a walk rather than a workout.
This is also a useful backup when Mount Si and Little Si parking fills up, which happens often on sunny weekends. The park lot has room and no pass is required. If you drove out for a big hike and the trailheads are packed, Tanner Landing is a genuinely good consolation rather than a letdown.

Getting There
Free parking at the signed park entrance off Mount Si Road, shortly before the river bridge. Lot has decent capacity. New residential construction in the area may cause some navigation confusion on first visit.
From North Bend, take the middle freeway exit, head toward Mount Si on 436th Ave, turn left at North Bend Way, then right on Mount Si Road. Signed entrance on the left before the river bridge. Flat trail with no route-finding needed.
Any time works. Late afternoon light on the peaks is particularly good.
Recent Reports
Beautiful day for a second hike up Mt. Si.
Walked the Tanner Landing park trails Sunday morning. Parking is free and plentiful.
Came to the park from North Bend. Lots of new home construction in the area so we didn’t find the actual parking area - but found a spot in a new section that gave access to the field and trail to river.
