About This Trail

North Shorewood Park is a Burien neighborhood park whose trails hide behind the playground, picnic tables, and off-leash dog area out front. A short network of paths stitches the back of the property together, with multiple access points for locals walking in from surrounding streets.

This is a neighborhood outing rather than a destination hike. Use it for a short loop with the dog, a kid stroll, or a break between errands. Birders can find decent urban wildlife viewing in the undeveloped back corner.

Parking is free at the gravel pullout on the west side of 21st Avenue SW.
