Did the pond loop, the Nimbus Knob, the Lost Ponds, then Eagle Peak. Hardly a soul seen!

I had to go into the Valley to get a tire repaired after finding a nail embedded in it, but decided to make the best of the situation by visiting the Dishman Hills for a run at the same time. The wildflowers are still gorgeous, but the grass widows are already beginning to fade.

Just a few minutes from central Spokane, a diverse network of forested trails that affords many options of many inter-connecting loop trails. We took all the outer loops and did the full perimeter which was about 4.
