Very easy to get to from Spokane and the surrounding area. There's a nice network of trails.

A friend and I met at 5:30am to hike before the oppressive heat dome stepped it up for the day. We caught the most beautiful sunrise and explored the newly finished connector trail from Trentwood TH to the Emerald Necklace.
